Sunday, August 15, 2010 0925 Engine Co. 2 and Rescue Station 3 were dispatched for single vehicle overturned on Rt. 3 past Washington and Lee High School. WCSO arrived on scene and advised 1 patient entrapped. Engine 22 arrived on scene within minutes and began stabilization with box crib and res-q-jacks. Crews removed driver side door, b-post, and rear door to gain access to patient. Patient was turned over to MVRS Medic 31. Aircare 2 was requested by medic unit and Engine 51 set up the LZ. Vehicle was removed from roadway and all units were placed in service by command.
